P-LAY Rideability Cycle Training

P-LAY Rideability Cycle Training provides cycle training and instructing services, included, but not limited to, learn to ride, road safety training and advanced cycle instructing.

Upon booking any of our services, the following terms and conditions will apply and must be adhered to.

Booking / Payments

There are two ways you can pay for bookings. Full payment made in advance or direct debit set up in advance.

Full payment
Before your booking is confirmed, full payment must be made.

Direct Debit
We can set up a direct debit at a cost manageable to you. If paying this way, a 25% deposit must be made in advance and the direct debit must be set up in advance of booking confirmation.

If direct debit is cancelled or fails, full payment will still be owed to P-LAY Rideability Cycle Training and no further sessions will take place until such payment is received.

Payments are non-refundable, but there is no expiry date and no additional charge to reschedule. You can also transfer your booking to a different student if required.

Rearranging Sessions

If you need to rearrange a session, at least 48 hours notice must be given. In the event that you don’t attend and this notice hasn’t been given, there will be no refund or option to rearrange the session in question. If the session has to be rescheduled due to the weather and/or illness, we do not require any notice and a decision can be made by either P-LAY Rideability or the customer at any time leading up to the training. The 48 hours notice will not apply in this case.

Accidents / Injuries

Due to the nature of the training, accidents and/or injuries are a possibility. P-LAY Rideability are fully insured and instructors are first aid trained. On booking any of our services, you accept that such accidents are a possibility and we will endeavour to do everything we can to avoid such incidents during our training, including dynamic risk assessments on the area being used to deliver the training and equipment being used.

Communication

By contacting P-LAY Rideability Cycle Training, you agree that we can contact you regarding your booking/payment and any offers or discounts being offered. You can opt out of this at any time by contacting us in any way to request to be removed from our contacts list.
